Yes, all furniture gets padded before leaving the home and entering our trucks. This offers the most protection while bringing your furniture to the trucks and keeps items safe while they are being transported in our trucks.

Yes, we lay down complimentary neoprene floor runners on ever single move, no matter the size. We also offer commercial grade floor protection for an additional cost. We recommend this if floors have recently been finished or you are looking for that extra level of protection.

We also install door jam protectors on all doorways in order to protect the soft trim from dents, scratches, or chips. Railings and banisters will also get protected using the same method. If you are interested in extra home protections during your move, ask your moving consultant prior to your move!

For moving, pricing is based on crew size, time, and travel. Junk removal is usually a flat rate based on the volume your items take up in our truck. You’ll always get clear, upfront pricing before we start.

Yes. We can give estimates by phone, video walkthrough, or in-person depending on the job size. You’ll get a written quote with no hidden fees.

Same-week availability is often possible for smaller jobs, especially for junk removal. For larger moves, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead.
